Customer satisfaction is guaranteed by Design Cloud Technology . Your entire design order amount will be refunded if there is a duplicate charge as a result of a processing error, failure to meet any of your special designing requirements, or failure to complete your design order in accordance with the delivery policy.
If you are unhappy with any of Design Cloud Technology ’ services, you may request a refund within five days of the completion of your initial design. If a refund request is not received within five days of the delivery of the initial designs, both parties will assume that you are satisfied with your initial designs. Refunds will be available for any Special / Combo packages, just as they are for single packages.
